Surrounded by breathtaking views of the Tweed valley, Apex Dining has opened at the Tweed Regional Gallery and Margaret Olley Art Centre. Inspired by the abundant local produce, Apex Dining dishes up a unique combination of rustic French patisserie and modern café plates with a fresh and playful pan-Asian twist. Opening 8 September, Sunfall Tapas is a trendy new restaurant located on the esplanade of Kingscliff. Just metres from the beach, this new venue will be a go-to for those post arvo swim drinks. They’ll be serving, you guessed it, tasty tapas and amazing cocktails. Expect live music, good vibes and mouthwatering food as the sun goes down.
PASTA’BAH
COMING SOON from the team at Woodland Valley Farm, Pasta’bah is a whole new pasta experience is making it’s way to a Murwillumbah laneway. The gourmet deli will give you a peak into the kitchen with large glass windows allowing you to see the pasta making magic in action. This deli will be stocked with Woodland Valley Farms signature sauces, custards, ready-made meals, pasta filings and, of course, enough fresh ravioli, tortellini and other handmade pastas to feed a small Italian village.
Whilst no date has been set for the official opening of Pasta’bah (follow their socials for live updates), you can get your pasta fix from Woodland Valley Farm at the Murwillumbah Farmers Market on Wednesdays at the Murwillumbah Showgrounds.
