Pipit is a contemporary Australian restaurant by chef Ben Devlin, located in Pottsville (30 minutes between Gold Coast and Byron Bay).
It is a celebration of the coastal lifestyle, centred in wood-fired cooking techniques and the unique flavours of New South Wales Northern Rivers.
It was awarded two hats and named the 2022 SMH Good Food Guide’s Best Regional Restaurant and in the Top 20 NSW restaurants for Gourmet Traveller and Delicious Magazines.
The coastal dining menu and open-plan kitchen design is light, casual, and relaxed. The menu focuses on local vegetables, sustainable seafood and poultry, and the menu changes seasonally to showcase the best available ingredients of the region.
The best seats in the house are at the kitchen counter which is designed to break down the barriers between staff, chefs, and diners.
