Kingscliff Lane Beach Studio is an air-conditioned coastal-styled beach studio, 100 metres from Kingscliff Beach, parklands and bike tracks.

Nestled under one of our beautiful Frangipani trees on Kingscliff Lane, our studio is set away from the main house, has a separate entrance and enjoys a quiet, private location. Designed for friends and family getaways, it sleeps five people comfortably.

It is spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed with WiFi, smart TV, comfortable beds and the highest quality linen. Guests have the use of the breezeway alfresco dining barbeque area, table tennis and several outdoor relaxation areas.

Kingscliff lane is a quiet neighborhood only 100 metres to the uncrowded sands of Dreamtime Beach. Use the laneway to ride or walk to town or pop over the road to the flat level bike and walking path to stroll down to the supermarket, cafes, restaurants and Kingscliff entertainment precinct.

The Studio is less than two kilometres from Kingscliff Village, and five bicycles and helmets are available for guests to use during their stay.
