Mavis Kitchen goes native with a 5-course tasting menu designed around native produce and sustainable proteins presented by Chef Simon. Experience the magic through food, stories, and the amazing views that Mavis’ Kitchen calls home. Begin with nibbles and native cocktails in the garden, before heading to your table with a view to the produce garden.

Enjoy a lazy long lunch at Johnny Franco’s Place in the art deco town of Murwillumbah. Chef Adam Housen’s 5-course lunch will showcase the diverse produce available here in The Tweed sourcing food and drink grown and produced within the Caldera.
