FREE Yoga + Beach Clean @ Hastings Point

Hi there, I’m Alicia! I teach yoga at the Health Hub at Hastings Point and have been a local to the Tweed area for over 15 years. I would love to invite you to join me for a morning of FREE yoga by the ocean followed by a community beach clean! 

LOCATION: Grassed area across the road from the Hastings Point General Store

TIME: 8:30AM – 10:30AM

TO BRING: Yoga mat, drink bottle, towel (gloves and rubbish bags will be supplied)

Having attended similar events in the past run by fellow teachers and communities, I am delighted to to be able to offer a similar space that allows us to nourish ourselves whilst also giving back to the lands and waters that nourish us equally. The class will be beginner friendly and infused with fun.
